The Pasta del Capitano Restaurant opened in February 2003, in Ilhabela, and is located at the charming Vila Pequeá Espaço Gourmet.
Its three ambiences; a terrace, a room with a view to the kitchen and a gazebo, have unique decor solutions favored by Lia Strauss “maitresse” and interior designer, who projected it with the ever-increasing quest for individual well-being, offering comfort as well as high quality service in a soignée space. The kitchen, captained by Fabio Piscioto, graphic designer, sailor and cook, who lived in Milan for over a decade, brings recipes from the North to the South of that Peninsula. The dishes are prepared with respect to tradition and creativity borne out by more than thirty years of living in an Italian family. Within the Archipelago of Ilha Bela, Pasta del Capitano is one of the few restaurants to offer a refrigerated wine cellar containing wines from several regions of the world. Its comprehensive range of options has been chosen to harmonize with our dishes. Pasta del Capitano brings to the Island the genuine taste of Italy.
