THE DISHES

These are prepared with creativity and passion but also with the utmost respect for the culinary traditions of regional Italy.

The main menu is predominantly pasta based but you will also enjoy risottos, salads. meats, seafood and one of Fabio's specialities lacto - vegetarian dishes.

The menu is ever changing depending on the availability of fresh produce so always take a look at the board for the latest chefs specials.

Various appetizers and  bruschetta,  for example, can  be the start of a great meal or simply accompany a quality glass of wine.
